Did I Get Morphed?🤔

I am a procrastinator well not really I just take my dear old time when it comes to certain things. I made a promise to myself that I will no longer hold myself back when it comes to the things I like and it was time to upgrade my kits.

I have bought brushes from Morphe before, but was always curious about the palettes, I have seen rave reviews about them, but I was always a dupe type of girl, so when the 35o2: Second Nature dropped, I was like now or never and a click later my order was made. I am one to save money so I used an affiliate code, which is another story about that for a later date..

I must admit, the reds caught my eyes, as a Makeup Artist, I look for quality and pigmentation and the only palette that I have that has a good red eyeshadow is the “Burning Hearts” palette by Sugar Pill Cosmetics, so when I swatched and finally used the red shadow in the Morphe palette, I was like wow!!!

The shipping was great, I rate it a 100, I received my palette in a decent amount of time, even after I questioned when the orders were shipping and I got a response, my order was already on its way, about to be delivered per fed x which is a plus, because I am over my usps office right now!

The pricing is really great and with the affiliate code, you save some coins and if you make a larger you get free shipping so why gripe?? When you can save!

The color pay off is great, I am in love with the transitions colors in the palette, this palette is not only beautiful, but worth the money, there are 100+ looks to be created and is great for beginners and professionals looking to build or upgrade their kit! The colors are also buildable and they deepen as they set. The shadows lasted 7.5 hours of hard work on my eyes and even after I clocked out, they did not crease on me, so that’s another plus. This palette is the palette to have to end 2017!!!

Oh! I loved how the shadows have names, I taped mine to the inside which is easier for me.

Disclaimer: this is NOT sponsored by Morphe Cosmetics, I paid for the palette with my own money and my opinions are my very own. The top picture is not mine as well, but the selfies those are me😝

Orange 🍊Grove

Tgif beauties!!! I was feeling orangey today so I decided to break out my Morphe 35o2 Second Nature palette (( whom else is loving this palette?🙋🏽)) and started playing.

The only products I used differently was a Mua Cosmetics matte primer on my face and I contoured with my Wet n Wild duo and bronzed with my H&M Bronzer. I also used a BH Cosmetics foundation that was too dark for me, but it ended up not being that dark so I had to use my Ruby Kisses Cosmetics cream contour palette. I also used an oldie but goodie today, my Benefits pore professional pore filler. My highlight was different as well, I used my Ruby Kisses highlighter and added Bella Cosmetics rose gold highlight on top to intensify. On my lips is the limited edition Wet n Wild liquid lipstick that was released for Halloween. I will say I love the intensity of the color, but it beaded on me and left a cast after it worn off. I also used their Halloween cream palette as a base for the orange. The creams apply great but it cracks.

This look happened to be a favorite as well.

Modern 80s

Today I had to bring color into my life, I mean I live in color, so why not?

All the face, brows, etc are the same from my previous post. To create the eye look, I used my Bh Cosmetics “Take Me to Brazil” palette ( the first edition), Morphe 35o2 palette (my transition color only), and the La Girl $1 quad ( on the lower lid). My lips is all Mac Cosmetics ” Kelly Yum Yum” Lipstick ( limited edition), Candy Yum Yum lip liner and lipgloss. The lashes are Mink lashes. That’s it, I hope you like! Til next time.. Slay your way ✌🏼

Simple Dimple

I decided to do one for my natural gals. The ones that always ask me what a natural look like. In all honesty, there is no such thing as natural when it comes to makeup, only neutral or minimal.

The product breakdown:

Elf Cosmetics brow pencil ( you DO NOT get a lot of product not worth the buy because of that)

Ruby Kisses Cosmetics cream contour palette

Too Faced Shadow insurance primer

La Girls Pro Concealer ” Natural” set with It Cosmetics “Bye Bye Pores” powder (my current fav)

Morphe 35o2 Second Nature palette: I used the colors ” Universal ” and “Flux” only for bottom lids

La Colors liquid brown liner

La Girls Cosmetics dark brown liner for bottom waterline

Wet n Wild lash primer

eBay lashes applied with Kiss Cosmetics lash glue

Ulta volume mascara for top and bottom lashes

Mary Kay foundation primer

It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores powder in the tzone only

Fenty Beauty Foundation in #300

Wet n Wild Photo Focus press powder

Becca Cosmetics highlight “opal”

Coral blush

Set with Elf matte setting spray

Jordana liquid lipstick “Tiramisu”

Mac limited edition lipgloss

This would be a lazy look for me, but great for clients new to makeup or for teens going to school.

Sweater Weather

Hi beauties! I bought a palette from H&M Sunday and I couldn’t wait to play! The dark berry and forest green drew me in. I will say that the pigmentation is great for an under $10 buy! The berry is more of a berry brown which was still good for me. You can create numerous looks and it’s great for a date night look. I think I will be playing with this palette this week to create looks.

Everything I used is in previous posts. I decided to break out my Nars Sheer Glow Foundation. I haven’t used it in a long time and it held up nicely. The lipstick is from Mac Cosmetics, it’s a part of the velvet matte collection, that is limited edition. It’s called ” Valiant”. It duped another Mac limited edition lipstick by nasty Gal x Mac, but if you want a permanent lipstick definitely get “Cyber”

I will be doing my first Christmas Makeup Gift Guide this year on my picks for a makeup lover for Christmas.. stay tuned!

Spring In Fall

If you follow me by now you know I do not follow rules neither trends, I just go by whatever comes to mind.

I created this look last week. I used my Juvia’s Place “Zulu” palette along with my Urban Decay “Electric” palette and Karity Cosmetics “Just Peachy” palette. The contour, brows, etc was the same from the two previous posts, but the foundation was Maybelline Fit Me Matte and Poreless in “Soft Honey”, the lip was by La Colors Cosmetics with a fair concealer in the middle for an ombré and the lashes are from eBay.

That’s it.
